RETURNS

Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 365 days of purchase. Shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we’re happy to repair faulty items. Alternatively, we’d love to replace them with a pair made in the same design.

Shipping Labels will be included in all shipments.

SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship in the U.S. using United Staes Post Office Priority Shipping. All orders are shipped  1-2 days after production is completed.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We understand that our customers may want to order other types of shoes in their skin tone and will accommodate on a case to case basis. Please inbox us at info@thirtytwentyeight.com
